Rollar Coaster Ride...

This week has been so crazy, with so many ups and downs! On Sunday our ward split! So essentially we have all been released from our callings. Which is somewhat of a relief for me, because the RS Enrichment Counselor was a pretty busy calling. Karl was released from EQ presidency and called to be the new Executive Secretary. I think he is really excited about it. I have made some really good friends in the other ward, and will miss seeing them on a regular basis. Some of the sisters I really looked upt o for their leadership, compassion, and the strength in the gospel. I will miss the sisters that I worked with in the RS, and on the enrichment committee! They were great. But, I am really excited about this new beginning, and the stonger friendships and experience I will gain.

On Tuesday, I realized that I didn't have all of the responsibilities from my calling, and Kyle's birthday was over, so I was feeling pretty stress free. Well, quite a while ago I applied to be an online Tutor for Chemistry, and was put on a waiting list for months and months. Well yesterday I recieved an email that I was taken off the waiting list, and could finish qualifying to be a tutor. I am excited about a little extra spending money, but nervous about trying to remember stuff I learned over 4 years ago.

I also found out this week that I have to get my one remaining wisdom tooth taken out. Some of you know how many surgeries, and procedures and years and years of painful dental work I have gone through, and I thought I was done. So it has to come out, but the question is whether I want to spend $150 and get it take out with local anesthesia only, (I have images of a million needles, and using a dull spoon to carve the root out..the dentist did say it was going to pretty painful), or paining $300, and being put completely to sleep with no pain. Pain vs money...any thoughts????

But on my way to the dentist today, I was listening to the radio, and they were have a contest. I called in, and I was caller #8, and I won the game, and then won free tickets to the Carrie Underwood concert, here in Tucson, in a couple weeks!!!! I am way excited. I have never really been to a concert like that, so I can't wait.

Also, much to my relief, tonight is Karl's last night of night shift! It will be really nice to get back to a normal schedule!

Finally, my sister called today and will be induced tomorrow morning. We can't wait to add another niece/cousin to our family!

I hope all of you are having a good week!

Sara,

Hold onto your shorts for a minute! I have had 4 "FULL SETS" of Wisdom Teeth extracted and I know what fear you are going through. However, spend the $$ and gain "Peace of Mind".

oooohhhh, pay the extra! You will be happier.
As far as the Carrie Underwood tickets go - I am so thrilled for you! Congratulations! Molly and I wanted to go but the date conflicted with other plans. You'll need to tell me how she is in concert.

Um I want those Carrie Underwood tickets! That is so cool that you won those! Sounds like lots of good things are happening. The new calling for your hubby is a goodie- Aaron had it in our Ut ward- it took lots of time. Great on the job too! I just got another one working from home!! miss you- hope the good luck continues :)
